Vibe Hotel Subiaco was forecasted to open in 2019 as part of the Subi XO development as the only hotel in Subiaco. It offers 168 guest rooms, superb conference facilities, rooftop bar and restaurant, rooftop pool, and gym. In January 2020, Park Regis (original operator) pulled out of operating the hotel, delaying its opening. Vibe Hotel Subiaco opened in September 2020. It is named after the birthplace of the Benedictine Order in Subiaco, Italy.
