New World secures $11m funding
Subiaco-based New World Resources has secured $11 million from a UK mining royalty and streaming company, to fund its Antler Copper project in Arizona, US.
Trident Royalties, formerly Trident Resources, was a diversified mining royalty and streaming company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (Ticker TRR). Trident was represented in London, Perth and Denver. Trident listed on AIM through a capital raising partially involving Perth-based advisers and investors, and one of its two foundation assets was a royalty over the Koolyanobbing iron ore project in Western Australia.
Trident was acquired by Deterra Royalties in 2024.

Shares in New World Resources dipped by 14 per cent on Tuesday morning, following news that the Subiaco-based company will raise $20.4 million to advance its Antler copper project in the American state of Arizona.
