Redcastle Resources (formerly Transcendence Technologies and GRP Corporation) is a gold and mineral resources exploration company.
It began as an ASX-listed company involved in a reverse takeover deal by Melbourne tech company E-Collate. The company has developed a software system for sharing and organising business documentation and messaging for efficient decision making and compliance.
A prospectus raising to facilitate the transaction successfully closed in December 2015, but subsequent ASX concerns led to the complete refund to all investors in the period March-April 2016. The company was suspending from trading on the ASX in September 2019, but was reinstated in December 2021.
It changed its name from GRP Corporation to Transcendence Technologies in January 2016.
In December 2021, Transcendence completed the acquisition of Redcastle Resources in a reverse takeover deal.
