Tivan (formerly TNG Limited) is an ASX-listed critical minerals company with a portfolio of mineral resource projects in Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and Timor-Leste. Tivan's flagship asset is the Speewah fluorite project in the Kimberley region. It is also pursuing the Sandover fluorite and AI projects in the NT, and the Turiscai copper-gold project in Timor-Leste.
In September 2025, Tivan announced a deal to acquire the Molyhil tungsten-molybdenum project located 200 kilometres north-east of Alice Springs, and adjacent to the Sandover project.
It was previously focused on the Mount Peake vanadium-titanium-iron project located in Arunta province, northeast of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory.
The company changed its name from TNG to Tivan in January 2023.
