Stemify was a US-focused, Sydney-registered tech company. Previously known as Robo 3D, it was a California-based 3D-printing technology company that listed on the ASX in December 2016 through the reverse takeover of Falcon Minerals, which had been the name of the entity since 2002. Prior to listing, it was controlled by Tony Grist's Albion 3D Investments.
Subsequently, in 2018, the company acquired Florida-developed "ed-tech" company MyStemKits and renamed to Stemify with aims to market MyStemKits' STEM curricula and project kits, while utilising interactive tools including 3D printing.
In May 2021, Stemify acquired the Australian fixed wireless and wholesale network infrastructure carrier Swoop Telecommunications listing on the ASX in a reverse takeover deal.
