The University of Western Australia, through its IQ initiative, established Start Something in 2015. It involves a series of speaking events and workshops which will culminate with participants using newly acquired skills to develop their ideas into potential business opportunities, from solving social problems to developing the next world-wide app.
Start Something was developed by industry experts at the Innovation Cluster, led by Peter Rossdeutscher, with content provided by startup studio Atomic Sky, led by Andy Lamb.
