Pensana

Pensana Plc (formerly Pensana Rare Earths, and prior to that was Rift Valley Resources) is a mineral exploration company established for the purpose of acquiring, exploring and developing prospective mineral deposits.

In February 2020, Pensana Metals redomiciled in the UK through Pensana Metals' acquisition by a successor entity, Pensana Rare Earths plc.

In February 2021, Pensana Rare Earths changed its name of Pensana Plc.
