IMX to delist from Canadian exchange
Local minerals explorer IMX Resources has announced plans to delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange due to a lack of demand for its shares in the Canadian market.
Indiana Resources (formerly IMX Resources Limited) operates as an iron ore mining, and base and precious metal exploration company. The company engages in the prospecting, exploration, extraction, and production of minerals primarily in Australia, Tanzania, Mozambique, and India. It principally explores for iron, gold, copper, nickel, sulphide, magnetite, uranium, and platinum-group metal deposits.
In June 2016, IMX Resources was renamed Indiana Resources after spinning-off its Tanzanian graphite assets into a separate ASX-listed company Graphex Mining.
