Genesis Minerals is an ASX-listed Australian gold producer headquartered in Western Australia.

The company develops and operates gold assets in the Leonora and Laverton districts, including the Gwalia and Laverton gold projects.

Established in 2007, Genesis has evolved into a growth-focused producer targeting annual production of more than 500,000 ounces. In 2026, the company proposed a merger with Vault Minerals to expand its Western Australian gold portfolio.
