DevelopmentWA has officially approved plans for the construction of a $165 million East Perth primary school, after early works started five months ago.
Mandoon Estate owner Allan Erceg and Primewest founder Jim Litis have submitted an application to build a $34 million commercial centre near the Bunbury Farmers Market.
The state government says forward works for the $165 million primary school will start this week, as EIW Architects and ARM Architecture are appointed to design the project.
TRCB Architects and EIW Architects have been appointed to design $23 million and $15 million projects at John Curtin College of the Arts and Mount Lawley Senior High School respectively.
