Crowdspark (formerly Newzulu) is a New York-based media crowdsourcing company that provides coverage, content, and technology to broadcasters, news agencies, publishers, and brands around the world. CrowdSpark’s Platform
is web-based and mobile software that enables businesses to gather, organize, publish and amplify
user-generated content at scale. The Company was previously known as PieNETWORKS and changed it's name on the 19 August 2014. Newzulu listed in 2014 via a reverse takeover of PieNetworks. The company became Crowdspark in December 2017, at which point the company's registered office and company secretary were both still located in Perth though all operations were situated in the NYC head office and the Toronto, London, Paris and Sydney offices. In February 2020 the company was delisted from the ASX.
