Pharmanet to relist as gold company
Dormant Perth-based biotech company Pharmanet Group will re-emerge as a gold explorer after entering into an agreement to acquire Keras Australia by way of a reverse takeover.
Calidus Resources was an ASX listed gold exploration company which controled the 410,000 ounce Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara district of the Pilbara Goldfield in Western Australia.
Formerly Keras Gold Australia, a subsidiary spun out from AIM-listed Keras Resources, the company listed through the reverse takeover of Pharmanet in June 2017.
Calidus Resources appointed administrators in July 2024. The company was delisted in January 2025, following its acquisition by Yandal Investments subsidiary West Coast Group through a DOCA.
