Brighton Mining Group Limited engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Cambodia. The company focused on the exploration of gold and base metals ores. It intended to acquire a 70% interest in an incorporated joint venture vehicle, Sun Hill Minerals Co Ltd, which owns three concessions, including Antrong concession, Ropoah concession, and Kang Roland North at Antrong in the Mondulkiri Province in Cambodia. In December 2015 the company appointed Ferrier Hodgson as Administrators. In August 2017 the company was delisted from the ASX due to a failure to pay listing fees.
