AusNet Services (formerly SP AusNet) own and operate the Victorian electricity transmission network, one of five electricity distribution networks, and one of three gas distribution networks in Victoria. As well as the network businesses, commercial business - Mondo - provides a range of energy and infrastructure products and services to business, government, communities and households.
The company was delisted from the ASX on 17/2/22 with all remaining capital sold to Australian Energy Holdings.
The company continues to provide services under the AusNet brand.
