Ardiden

Ardiden has appointed Bradley Boyle as executive director and Michael Stares as general manager – Canadian operations. Mr Boyle was formerly a managing director of Triton Minerals.

Local explorers Cradle Resources and Ardiden have announced plans to raise a combined $5 million to fund ongoing work at their respective projects.

Ardiden has advised that current executive director, Bradley Boyle, will also take on the role of chief executive. Piers Lewis has retired from the board as non-executive director, but remains as a shareholder.Neil Inwood has been appointed managing director of Berkut Minerals.
