Lindian Resources has taken complete control of its Kangankunde rare earths project in Malawi by making an early payment of the final US$10 million tranche to acquire the remaining 33 per cent of the project from Malawian vendor, Rift Valley Resource Developments Limited. The transaction now takes the company to 100% ownership of the project, well ahead of the original July 2026 final payment deadline.
