Michael Sonter has extensive experience in general commercial litigation, with a focus on building and construction matters, contractual disputes, debt recovery, and insolvency.
He also has deep expertise in insurance law, covering professional indemnity, directors & officers, employer’s liability, workers’ compensation, construction works, industrial special risk, business interruption, product liability, marine, public liability, and other forms of general insurance.
Michael’s practice spans all Western Australian and Federal Courts, as well as WorkCover WA, the State Administrative Tribunal, and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. He is also a qualified mediator and a WorkCover Sessional Arbitrator.

Janette Tavelli is a highly experienced legal practitioner with over 40 years in practice, admitted in both Western Australia and the United Kingdom. She has worked with leading firms in Australia (King & Wood Mallesons, Clayton Utz) and the UK (Nabarro Nathanson, now CMS), and since 1993 has been a Director of the boutique practice that is now Integra Legal.
Her extensive career spans dispute resolution, negotiation, commercial drafting, and advisory work in property, estates, construction, and governance.
In dispute resolution, Janette has represented clients across all sectors in Western Australian and Federal courts, the State Administrative Tribunal, commissions of inquiry, collaborations, mediations, and domestic and international arbitrations.
In the commercial sphere, she advises on estate planning, property, corporate structures, governance, and strategic negotiations—delivering outcomes tailored to clients ranging from first-time investors to sophisticated high-net-worth individuals and corporations.
