Before co-founding H–U in 2024, Rowan Clarke held roles at Hesperia, Goldman Sachs, Azure Capital and Wesfarmers. He has advised on a range of transaction types, including public and private merger and acquisition transactions, as well as debt capital raisings.
Mr Clarke was a founding Director of ‘Home Fire’, the operator of Perth Film Studios. He has also served as a board member of ARTRAGE, a not-for-profit cultural charity.
Mr Clarke holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and has completed a Masters of Business Administration at London Business School. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
