H-U (Human Urban) is a development company specialising in creating unique urban environments. H-U was spun out of Hesperia in 2024 by Kyle Jeavons, Rowan Clarke, Adrian Fini, and Jamie Fini. The company is focused on making a lasting difference for the people that live and work in Perth’s local communities now, and well into the future.
H-U projects are guided by a passion for thoughtful architecture, progressive design and sustainable practices that put people first. The directors' track record includes the State Buildings, COMO The Treasury, Victoria House, the ABN Building and Electric Lane in Leederville.
As of 2025, H-U’s pipeline includes Fremantle Elders Wool Stores, Nedlands Reserve, Perth Film Studios, Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct and Rokebys Subiaco.
