Kyle Jeavons has over 20 years of experience in property development. Mr Jeavons has overseen residential, heritage, commercial and medical built form projects through acquisition and structuring, concept, construction and delivery. In his role, he has led the successful bids for major projects such as Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct, and Victoria House at Montario Quarter, Shenton Park.
Before co-founding H-U in 2024, Mr Jeavons held senior roles at Mirvac, FJM Property, and Hesperia,. As development director at FJM, he was responsible for the redevelopment of the Heritage-listed State Buildings and COMO The Treasury in Perth’s CBD.
Mr Jeavons served as chair of ARTRAGE from 2022 to 2024.
