Dale Champion has over 25 years of finance experience in institutional, corporate, and private banking; as well as structured and international trade finance.
He led a business for HSBC Bank Australia before moving to the Commonwealth Bank where he was instrumental in the re-establishment of agribusiness banking across Australia and founded its corporate agriculture platform, Specialised Agri Solutions. In 2010 Mr Champion established Agrify, a private Australian-based advisory firm specifically supporting large scale agricultural investors and industry participants. He was also enlisted to assist in the Elders Limited turnaround, and specifically led the transformation of the Elders Financial Services business including working closely with Rural Bank and its owner Bendigo Bank on the banking offering, as well as holding board roles with Elders Insurance and Elders Financial Planning.
