In 1994 at only 18 years of age, Chris Lillis started his career at Pindan as a trainee scheduler. With an eye for detail and a new found interest in construction, he was promoted to a construction manager. Two years later, Mr Lillis was made a director of group dwellings at Pindan where he not only runs an ever expanding $40 million per year business with 23 direct employees, he is also an integral part of the Pindan executive team which plans the future directions of Pindan Pty Ltd.
