Bart Parsons has almost singlehandedly changed the face of hospitality in the Pilbara region. He started out with Blanche Bar in 2012 and today is managing director of Stardeck Group, which owns the Blanche site (now occupied by Milky Lane), Fiorita Deli and Grand Central Tavern in Karratha, runs Rambla Tavern in Wickham, and is expanding with two new venues in Port Hedland. Mr Parsons aims to open his first Perth-based business soon, with plans to add a winery, brewery and a distillery to the mix in the future.
