Perth-based explorer Tian Poh Resources has launched an initial public offering to raise up to $6 million, to fund exploration and development of its Mongolian assets.The company’s shares will be offered at 20 cents each, with the IPO having a minimum threshold of $2 million.

Mongolian-focused coal miner Tian Poh Resources will make its debut on the ASX tomorrow, after raising about $2.4 million through its initial public offering.

Mongolia-focused miner Tian Poh Resources has announced plans to buy a thermal coal project from Modun Resources for $US2.21 million ($A3 million) and undertake a capital raising to fund the acquisition.
