Gruden Group has announced several changes to it board and management. Warren Barry will step down as executive director but remains in an executive sales position.
Gruden Group was a Sydney-based technology and digital marketing group consisting of three companies: Gruden, Blackglass, and Mobile Den. It listed on the ASX in 2016 through the reverse takeover of Exoma Energy. In 2018 the company became Sinetech following the divestment of its Gruden assets to Sydney-based Citadel Group. In 2021, Sinetech acquired three kaolin projects and became Corella Resources in a reverse takeover deal.

Gruden Group has announced several changes to it board and management. Warren Barry will step down as executive director but remains in an executive sales position.
Tim Parker, inaugural chief executive of Gruden Group, has resigned. His position will be jointly shared by recently appointed executive chair Stephen Harrison and founding director and chief operating officer Todd Trevillion until a suitable replacement has been found.
