Riversgold

A new gold exploration company led by former Doray Minerals boss Allan Kelly and backed by Evolution Mining has announced plans to list on the ASX, whilst two other junior miners have joined the bourse after completing backdoor listings.

Local explorer Riversgold has begun trading on the ASX after raising $6.1 million from investors by way of an initial public offer.

S2 Resources advises that completion has occurred under the Heads of Agreement that was announced on 14th February 2018.
