Kewdale industrial property attracts record rent
The Realside Ovest asset has leased to a mining services company for $208/sqm.
KEE Group is a multi-faceted provider of integral services for the construction and maintenance of roads in Western Australia. Its services include surfacing, transport and hire, with over 600 pieces of heavy plant machinery.
KEE Group has its roots in Australia’s earliest days, with the Spiers family lineage in the transport industry dating back to 1889. The company was founded in 2008 by brothers Clayton and Damon Spiers, in the hope of creating a legacy for their children while also funding their schooling. KEE stands for "Kids Education Expenses".
