Hatch acquires QED Occtech Services
Perth-headquartered water services company QED Occtech Services has been acquired by Toronto-based engineering group Hatch, one year after talks started.
Hatch supplies engineering, project and construction management services, process and business consulting and operational services to the mining, metallurgical, energy and infrastructure industries.
In October 2020 Australian urban planning and design firm RobertsDay joined the Hatch group of companies, bringing together Australian thought leaders in urban solutions with global experts in infrastructure, engineering and construction.
