Lenders’ caution hurting business
Four years on from the collapse of Lehman Bros, it is disturbing to realise the finance sector has reverted to tight credit conditions akin to the GFC.
Founded in 2001, Focus Minerals is a WA-based miner with four operating gold mines at Coolgardie and Laverton in WA. The company also explores and mines for nickel and other base metals, and has three highly prospective exploration projects in WA.
It completed a successful acquisition of Crescent Gold in 2012.
