Cygnus lists after $6m IPO
Shares in local explorer Cygnus Gold began trading on the ASX today after the company announced a $6 million initial public offering last year.
Cygnus Metals (CY5, formerly Cygnus Gold) is an ASX-listed emerging exploration company with key assets located in Tier 1 mining jurisdictions including the Pontax Lithium Project and Auclair Lithium Project within the James Bay lithium district in Canada, and the Bencubbin Lithium Project and Snake Rock Project in Western Australia.
The company listed on the ASX in January 2018 via an initial public offer.
In February 2023, the company changed its name from Cygnus Gold to Cygnus Metals to reflect the diversification of the commodities it is actively exploring, in particular lithium within the James Bay region of Canada.
