AusCann Group Holdings (AusCann) was established with the aim of cultivating and harvesting high quality, medicinal‐grade cannabis strains in Australia for export to a range of importers who are licensed in accordance with the International Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs 1961 (Convention).
In February 2017, the company listed on the ASX through the reverse takeover of TW Holdings.
The company delisted in 2024.
