Klaus Eckhof, long serving director of Amani Gold, will move to a part-time executive capacity as director for strategy & business development.

ResApp Health, a digital health company developing smartphone applications for the diagnosis and management of respiratory disease has appointed Nathan Buzza as non-executive director.

Dr Stephen Ward has retired as non-executive director of MZI Resources, having served on the board since March 2015.

Kelly Moore has resigned as joint company secretary of Valor Resources. Paula Cowan will become the sole company secretary, in addition to her role as non-executive director.
