Peter Meagher has been appointed non-executive chair of Castillo Copper. Mr Meagher is a globally experienced corporate finance and mining executive with more than 30 years of experience as a director of listed companies. He replaces David Wheeler, who has stepped down from the role.
Nuheara has appointed ex-Microsoft and Amazon executive Kathryn Foster as non-executive director. Ms Foster has more than 20 years of experience creating and running large internet-based businesses.
Elizabeth Hunt has replaced Simon Durack as company secretary of Minrex Resources. Mr Durack will remain as the company’s executive director.
Scott Hyman has been appointed to a new role at Vimy Resources. He spent several days with the team in the Perth office, in a mutual due diligence exercise. Mr Hyman will be the vice president of sales and marketing, based in the US.
Nicholas Katris has resigned as joint company secretary of Kibaran Resources. Howard Rae will become the sole company secretary.
