Woodside costs up

WOODSIDE Petroleum Ltd has revealed that the North West Shelf Venture partners had agreed to a 21 per cent cost increase at the consortium’s Phase V expansion gas plant onshore near Karratha. The project budget was initially $2 billion, but has been revised up to $2.42 billion.
