Westpac Banking Corporation has increased full year profit by 10 per cent, saying its business strategy was "delivering tangible benefits".Net profit rose to $6.991 billion for the 12 months to September 30 from $6.346 billion a year earlier, Sydney-based Westpac said in a statement.
