Weak inflation may mean more rate cuts

Australia has posted its lowest annual inflation rate since 1999, leaving the door open for more interest rate cuts by the central bank.In the 12 months to June, the inflation rate was 1.2 per cent, down from 1.6 per cent in the year to March, the Australian Bureau of Statistics said.
