Wall heads Tangiers

David Wall has been appointed managing director of Tangiers Petroleum.

Mr Wall has been an oil and gas equity analyst for the past six years, most recently at Argonaut and before that at Hartleys. 

He has also managed a small budget and report-vetting team at Woodside that reported to the executive committee.
