Vmoto moves to acquire Spanish motorcycle company

Perth-based Vmoto Limited has announced the establishment of a European beach head in Barcelona, Spain following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire key assets of CSR Motorcycles SrL Spain (CSR).
