Have purchased a number of tenements adjacent to its Bronzewing project from Newmont Yandal Operations Pty Ltd. It has acquired a controlling (70%) interest in the Jundee joint venture and has also purchased the Newmont interest (79.6%) in the Mandilla Well joint venture.
