Vic traffic group buys 10pc of Warp

MELBOURNE-BASED Traffic Technologies has acquired 10 per cent of the Warp Group with an option to acquire the balance. Warp is Western Australia’s largest traffic management company with annual revenues exceeding $7 million and employs more than 80 people.
