VDM Group acquires WA businesses

NORTHBRIDGE-BASED VDM Group Ltd is back on the acquisitions trail, announcing plans to acquire three Western Australia-based businesses for $87.5 million in cash and scrip during the 2007-08 financial year. The offers will comprise $46.9 million in shares and $40.6 million in cash.
