Partnering with project developers Neil and Dean Irvine of Rapid Crushing/Irvine Developments, Rocorp oversaw the construction of eight two-storey townhouses over two amalgamated lots. With a build contract of $2.92 million and an estimated sale price of $625,000 per unit, Rocorp ensured a 15% return on investment for the client. However, with the current market sale price reaching $700,000 per unit, clients enjoyed an exceptional 27% return on investment.
