Specialised engineering and asset management group UGL has secured $350 million of new contracts.
The contracts, which were secured in the three months to June 30 this year, include a five-year deal to provide facilities management at the Florida stadium that is home to the Miami Dolphins American football team.
Other contracts include a three-year facilities management deal for 750 North American grocery shops, and a new contract to provide UGL services to a major international oil and gas company.
UGL managing director Richard Leupen said the contract wins highlighted the "significant tendering activity" being generated following the acquisition and integration of global real estate services company DTZ in 2011.
"The scale and reach of our combined platform has provided us with the capabilities to secure mandates of a size and complexity we would not have successfully tendered for prior to the acquisition of DTZ, " Mr Leupen said in a statement.
