Has signed a letter of agreement for the establishment of a joint venture in which Zinifex Australia Limited (Zinifex) may spend $8.5 Million to explore for and develop Lead / Zinc / Silver within Trafford’s Wilcherry Hill Project and contiguous tenements in South Australia’s Gawler Craton.
