ThinkSmart has increased first half profit by five per cent as the computer and office equipment leasing company recorded a strong performance in the UK.
Net profit rose to $2.88 million for the six months to June 30, from $2.75 million a year earlier, Perth-based ThinkSmart said in a statement.
Revenue increased 11 per cent to $21.8 million.
In the UK, revenue increased by 26 per cent as the company launched the Infinity Consumer rental product.
"The early results from our UK expansion are encouraging," chief executive Ned Montarello said in the statement.
"By offering a consumer proposition in the UK we have the potential to access four times the current available UK market."
The company also increased Australian revenue by seven per cent.
Mr Montarello said the company aimed to move to full electronic processing, including e-signatures.
