The Springs to LandCorp

THE City of Belmont will be selling all of its land within The Springs precinct Rivervale to LandCorp. The sale excludes the land comprising Cracknell Park and will remove a perceived conflict of interest caused by the Council being both a land owner within The Springs and an approving authority.
