Testrow, Benda take new roles at Emeco

Ian Testrow has been appointed chief operating officer, Australian rental at Perth-listed earthmoving equipment supplier Emeco Holdings.Mr Testrow joined Emeco in 2005 and was most recently president, new and developing business.
