Takeovers Panel appointments

Robyn Ahern, Mark Paganin, Jennifer Seabrook and Simon Withers have been re-appointed to the Takeovers Panel. Martin Alciaturi, head of corporate finance at Ernst & Young and Heather Zampatti, head of wealth management at Bell Potter Securities Ltd have also been appointed as members.
