TRG makes second Midland play

TRG Properties has acquired a 2,424 square metre mixed-use lot at the Midland Railway Workshops for $1.65 million. The company is planning a three-storey development of four commercial offices and 37 apartments on the lot, situated on the corner of Wallsend and Foundry roads.
