SafeStyle has purchased an Oxford Street building from Dale Alcock for $3.4 million.

Growing safety sunglasses brand SafeStyle has bought a building in Leederville from property industry veteran Dale Alcock for $3.4 million.
SafeStyle, which is a pioneer in fashionable safety glasses, is set to move into 364 Oxford Street following its purchase of the asset via TRL Properties Pty Ltd.
SafeStyle founder Tim Lewis said the move marked a significant step in the company’s growth, and Leederville aligned with the business’ brand.
“Leederville ticks all the boxes [for us],” he said.
“The new HQ gives us the space to grow while creating a place where the team actually wants to come to work.”
SafeStyle general manager Lewis Dienelt said the new headquarters reflected the company’s identity.
“Not long ago, we were packing orders from bedrooms; now we’ve got a home in one of Perth’s most vibrant neighbourhoods – it’s a big moment for the brand,” he said.
Sterling Property’s Brian Neo and Simon Brady brokered the deal.
“Leederville’s mix of retail, hospitality, and business continues to attract brands looking for a well-connected and vibrant location,” Mr Neo said.
“SafeStyle has experienced rapid growth, and this move positions them for their next stage of expansion while keeping their roots in WA.”
The building includes 1,110 square metres of space over two storeys, on a 1,363sqm site, with 27 car bays.
RP Data shows that ABN Development No 6, controlled by Dale Alcock, purchased the building for $3.85 million in June 2015.
